Software Quality

How mature are the software quality assurance processes in your organisation?

With our proven approach, based on industry best practices at The Software QA Coach, we can offer an independent assessment of your current maturity and provide advice and coaching on the next steps. We do this through:

  • interviewing key stakeholders to identify current maturity levels, understanding of needs and appetite for change.
  • reviewing existing processes and documentation.
  • writing an independent assessment report.
  • suggesting changes to existing frameworks, strategies and templates.
  • introducing additional or alternative frameworks, strategies and templates.
  • planning a series of workshops to work with you on the suggested next steps.

The assessment is guided by the TMMI® Model and draws on the appropriate international standards, such as:

 ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management systems — Requirementshttps://www.iso.org/standard/62085.html

ISO/IEC 25010:2023 – Systems and software engineering — Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) — Product quality model
