- Data Migration – Reconciliation of customer billing data on a large ETL project maximised the quantity and quality of data migrated from a proprietary billing system to Oracle CC&B for a large Irish public utility,
- Mobile phone network – introducing quality from the point a change is identified (live bug fix, new offering or service enhancement), dramatically reduced the failure rate for a major UK mobile phone network.
- Logistics & Distribution – working with the PMO to consider quality from requirements gathering onwards helped a major UK retailer improve project delivery.
- E commerce – Embedding test engineers into agile teams has helped a number of major UK E commerce retailers to maintain quality with a high release velocity.
- Insurance – Joined the team at a crucial stage where testing was percieved to be the blocker. Enabled the Test Manager at this major insurer to deliver required testing and identify where the real blockers were.
